Through the years,
I have come to know that FRIENDS who are really care are special gifts in life.

things that we don't even share with
our families who raised us.
Although we are on different separated ways,

Oh my Hazel, thats just so unfortunate! =.= The timing couldn't have been better. Haih. Well, better late than never k? Neway, CONGRATS on the interview! See, medicine is possible for you! Yeahhh blame fate. Totally.
But it's not too late. Since your trip to India is on the 10th, call up your uni and inform them that you might have some problems making it there on time and ask if they could give you grace time. Maybe 2 weeks or so. Maybe miss orientation and a week of class.
And meanwhile, you go for the interview UTAR offered you and ask them when will the results of the interview be. Then when the results are out, if you get in for med, and you wanna go for it, then cancel your India trip and go for med! If they reject you, or you decide you duwan to go for med afterall, then go to India for dentistry!
If at all you burn the 500 bucks for something that you entirely wished for your whole life (ie med) then by all means the 500 is damn bloody cheap k. Just dun think about it and move on. So go make the necessary phone calls and decision making pep talks with ur parents (amicably, esp with ur mom) and make the decision following your heart.
So. Advice #1 is complete. Now, who's gonna provide Advice #2? (more opinion helps)
